• Traction 👌: Generated 23/20 new qualified leads and achieved *$17k/$30k* new revenue. Currently tracking $41,250 for June. 4276/4903 subscribers, 1162/1500 new contributors, 267/500 new WhatsApp members. In terms of delivery we have 6/12 programs currently running.
• New Customers 🚀: Trove, Auric and Misti.
• Customer Love 🚀: We’ve been engaging VC’s, Accelerators and Venture Studios to discuss deal referrals and there is an overwhelmingly positive response to the work we are doing for Technical Founders with Technical solutions who have common gaps, risks, objections, and large statements that need the kind of human capital we bring to validate and bring credibility to often very complex opportunities. Feedback including Airtree, Rampersand, Folklore, Medtech Actuator, CSIRO and so on.
• Product/Platform 👌: Interviewing users to validate our core UX against commercial outcomes. Finalisation of member profiles and member directory. Solid progress with company profiles which will result in a June launch of our MVP.

  • Does anyone know anyone who are experts at:
    • AI/recommendation engines ****For example, we've got an unbelievable amount of commentary, insights, transcriptions, and memos within CVC and we'd like to explore how to make this more A) accessible for learning B) useful for prompting future memo's
    • ESOP/Cap table forecasting ****Figuring out the API/strategies for integrating the various fractional esop/options our founders are willing to distribute for the unique IP-based data/value outputs we're capturing
    • Seeking 20 supporters, and angels to put their hand up for a private platform trial starting next week

Next Month Priorities

1. Pipeline building of high-fit founders/companies remains the biggest GTM priority to reach our updated stretch target of $60k per month which requires pipeline growth to 54 leads to achieve 8 new customers.
2. Launching V1.0 of the Platform to a small group of users for feedback on the core UX to validate our assumptions on how the platform could begin to offer a lower touch, self serve model. Self-serve will enable our audience to ‘follow’ companies so that our deal volume is not overwhelming. This includes interactions across Supporter profile V2, Company profile V1, Feed (forum) V1, Updates (memo) V2.
