This document defines how access to the Iceberg platform, contacts, and execution tooling is provided across all plans.

1. Scope of Platform Access

Iceberg provides access to its platform for the purpose of executing fundraising, M&A, or strategic transaction workflows.

Access includes platform functionality, execution tooling, and contact access aligned to the selected plan or quoted capacity.

Iceberg provides execution infrastructure, not advisory or outcome guarantees.

2. Contact Access and Definition

Contacts accessed via Iceberg represent a live, curated universe selected based on relevance signals including stage, cheque size, sector, geography, and recent activity.

Contacts are provided as access within the platform and are not sold, transferred, or licensed as a standalone database.

Iceberg may update, replace, or remove contacts to maintain relevance and data integrity.

3. Contact Limits and Capacity

Each plan or quoted package includes a defined contact allocation and execution capacity.

Contact allocations are designed to preserve relevance and execution quality rather than maximize raw volume.

Where additional contacts are requested beyond the included allocation, they may be added at the prevailing per-contact rate, subject to relevance and fair use.

4. Fair Use and Intended Purpose

Platform access is subject to fair-use principles designed to protect execution quality, data integrity, and platform performance.

Fair use includes:
