- Pre-pre-seed (before or just after their first funding round)
- Haven't completed an accelerator (pre-accelerators such as Medtech Actuator etc. is fine)
- Operating in the Health, Esg, Deeptech, Ecommerce/Consumer sectors (they need to build supportive communities around their businesses for testing and advocacy)
